Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Times
All orders for parts and accessories are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
For e-bike purchases, please allow 2 to 4 business days for processing, as our mechanics perform a comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and safety check before the bike leaves our Mooball workshop. Not all E Bikes advertised on my site are held in stock. If bike needs to be ordered from distributor and assembled please add further 7 days to the lead time for delivery, check on location of stock prior to purchase.
2. In-Store Pickup (Click & Collect) - FREE Skip the shipping fees! You can choose free local pickup at our Mooball HQ during checkout.

Bonus for E-Bikes: Bikes picked up in-store are fully assembled, charged, and we will custom-fit the suspension and seating to your weight and height before you ride away.
3. Local E-Bike Delivery (Beyond Byron Van & Trailer) Because we want your e-bike to arrive in perfect condition, we offer specialized local delivery using our own van and custom 7-bike trailer.

We can arrange dedicated local delivery for e-bikes anywhere along the coast between Brisbane and Coffs harbour.

Bikes delivered by our team arrive 100% fully assembled and ready to ride.

4. Deliveyr by Removals Truck We ship via a local removals partner between Noosa and South Sydney. Please contact for a quote.

Parts & Accessories: Sent via Australia Post / Standard Courier.

E-Bikes (Road Freight Only): E-bikes are shipped fully assembled, the batteries may arrive separately via courier due to shipping constraints with the Removal company.
5. Dangerous Goods / Lithium-Ion Battery Restrictions E-bikes contain large lithium-ion batteries, which are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods. By Australian law, these cannot be transported by airfreight. All e-bikes must travel via road or rail freight.
6. How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
7. Damages in Transit We pack our bikes and parts incredibly carefully. However, if your order arrives damaged:

Please take clear photos of the damaged box before opening it.
