1. General
By purchasing a bike or accessory from Beyond Byron Ebikes (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Products

• All descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith.

• Colours, features, and availability may vary slightly from what is displayed.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless prior arrangement has been made.

• Any Credit card fees payable are additional to the prices shown online or quoted by Beyond Byron E Bikes

4. Delivery & Collection

• We will advise expected delivery times at purchase. Delays may occur due to supplier or transport issues outside our control.

• Risk in the goods passes to you upon collection or delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We do not accept returns or provide refunds if you change your mind.

• In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if the product is faulty, unsafe, or not as described.

6. Warranty

• Manufacturer warranties apply to bikes and accessories.

• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, or modifications.

7. Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, damage, or loss arising from use of bikes or accessories purchased.

8. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

DISCOUNTED SHIPPING OF NEW E BIKES UP TO 200KM FROM MOOBALL ALONG THE COASTAL CORRIDOR* 

- Basically from Chermside in QLD to just before Coffs Harbour in NSW we will delivery the bike to your home personally, fully assembled and ready to go. (up to coast and 10km inland from the motorway).  During current fuel crisis this is no longer free there will be a $50 charge for shipping within 100km.

- Outside of that we can deliver by courier up to the Sunshine Coast and down to Cronulla/Penrith and Canberra

• Sunshine Coast & Sydney - was $195 (check for rates with current crisis)
• ACT - was $290 (check for rates with current crisis)

All FOCUS, KALKHOFF & TERN E Bikes we sell; 

• Have a maximum motor assist speed of 25KM/h.
• Have a maximum continuous power of 250W.
• Comply with EN15194 safety standard.

Therefore can be used on NSW roads and road related areas.
